Our development plans know no bounds, that is why we are looking for an ANALYSTAT ERP SYSTEMS< /p>Your main responsibility will be to ensure the effective functioning of the UT ERP enterprise management system.
Main duties:
- Analysis of the customer's business needs;
- Compilation of requirements for the future product (communication with interested parties - developers, customers , finite by users);
- Analysis of requirements (application of various methodologies and notations - prototyping, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors);
- Analysis of problem areas and suggestions for improvement;
- Formalization of requirements (distribution of requirements into business, functional, non-functional, requirements specification writing);
- Writing technical specifications and agreeing technical specifications with the customer;
- Requirements management (processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements);
- Broadcasting requirements between developers and the client;
- Maintaining the list of uncompleted tasks (BackLog): prioritization, assessment, updating;
- Conducting demonstrations, presentations of new functionality;
- User training;
- Implementation of new functionality in information systems within the set terms;
- Department SLA compliance and KPI execution.
Our expectations:
- Experience of working with the UT ERP enterprise management system from 1 year;
- Knowledge and understanding of the company's business processes;
- Ability to analyze, identify and solve problems related to the UT ERP system;
- High responsibility, organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
