Job:User Support Specialist

Skills:

• Knowledge of Czech/ German / Spanish/ Italian language at the A2+ level.
• Basic computer skills. (ability to use a translator and type on the keyboard)

Responsibilities :

• Consultation: Answering customer questions via phone, chat or e-mail.
• Problem solving:< /strong> Diagnosing and resolving technical or other difficulties encountered by users.
• Instruction: Providing recommendations and explanations on the use of the product so that users can use it as conveniently and efficiently as possible.
• Feedback: Collection of feedback and suggestions to improve the product or service.

Information for candidates without experience :

Company for its part, provides a five-day training course for candidates without experience, during which you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the specifics of the company's work in more detail and get more detailed information about the products with which you will have to work in the future. In case of continued cooperation after training, the rate begins to be calculated from the first day of the course. 

Terms:

• Schedule Mon-Fri, 10-19.00. An hour for lunch and breaks, an additional 20 minutes for coffee breaks.
• We are considering candidates for a remote work format, provided that the minimum adaptation period is completed in full-time , at the office.
• Availability of a fixed rate from 40,000 to 48,000 UAH. (depending on the language level)
• In addition to the rate, there is a system of interest from each worked client.
• Paid training + no internships and probationary periods.
• Candidates from other cities are fully covered move (transfer) and rent housing (a separate apartment, not a hostel) near the office, without further deducting the rent from the salary.
