User support engineer in Starlight Media

And today, the Department of Information Technologies Starlight Media invites to its team user support engineer.

Your tasks will be:

• providing technical support and application execution users;
• installation of software and hardware, installation of new workplaces;
• keeping records of IT fixed assets and consumables;
• diagnosis of hardware and software problems means;
• provision of IT support at off-site locations (live broadcast and run-through, shooting process);
• implementation of preventive maintenance.

Our expectations from you:

• work experience in a similar positionfrom 1 year - mandatory ;
• knowledge in the area of: Windows 10 family OS and office software, email clients, browsers, video, audio players;
• basic knowledge of service products MS, Windows Server, domain networks and network services;
• understanding of the principles of remote administration;
• knowledge of antivirus programs.
