User support engineer in Starlight Media

And today, the Department of Information Technologies of the Starlight Media Division of Social Media is inviting a support engineer" to its team users.

Your tasks will be:

• providing technical support and fulfillment of user requests;
• installation of software and hardware, installation of new workplaces;
• keeping records of fixed IT assets and consumables;
• carrying out diagnostics of hardware and software problems;
• providing IT support at remote locations (live broadcast and run-through, filming process);
• carrying out preventive maintenance.

 Our expectations from you:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year - mandatory;
• knowledge in the field: Windows 10 family OS and Officesoftware, mail clients, browsers, video, audio players;
• basic knowledge of MS service products, Windows Server, domain networks and network services;
• understanding of the principles of remote administration;
• knowledge of antivirus programs.
