General description of the vacancy

The vacancy involves work in the field of IT infrastructure maintenance and the provision of consulting services regarding the systems and software complexes used in the MOU. 

ONLY for reserve officers with the signing of a contract before the announcement of the decision on demobilization and appointment to a position in one of the MOU units.

Main functions

• Organization and implementation of qualified - consultative support of users on the issues of put into operation information (information - analytical, automated) systems (complexes) of various functional purposes, deployed in the interests of official persons of the Ministry of Defense;
• Organization of the use of qualified electronic trust services and control over their use in the Ministry of Defense;
• Organization and development in the prescribed manner of advisors, instructions and methodological recommendations on issues related to the competence of the department ;
• Providing support in the configuration of ARM to the senior management of the MOU.

Basic requirements

• Setting up user PCs in the network domain;
• Skills/skills in installing and configuring software, special software. (Secure system of electronic document circulation, "Client - Treasury");
• Ability to resolve user appeals from the Secure SEDO and other appeals;
• Production and registration of qualified electronic trust services ("Almaz" type keys 1K" for access to the Secure SEDO system and keys for signing financial documents to the first persons of the MOU in "Client - Treasury");
• Ability/skills to configure users' ATMs, solving non-typical problems with ATMs;
• Communicativeness and desire to learn;
• Resistance to stress.

It will be an advantage for the candidate to have the following experience:

• Experience in working with users (Call-center, Helpdesk);
• Experience in concluding (drawing up) contracts;
• Experience in the production/development of technical documentation (Instructions, technical specifications, TV).

Conditions

• Military service under contract, all types of military support, office in the center of Kyiv (5/2 9-18), official housing is not provided.
• Money support from 32 to 37 thousand UAH, depending on the tariff class, position, rank and years of service
