Maybe this is you?Requirements:Experience in customer support (retail preferred);Understanding both hardware and software parts of PCs;Ability and desire to work with people;Experience with ticketing systems (GLPI) (both "required); Stress resistance, literacy, responsibility, independence; Creative thinking. Responsibilities: User management (creating and managing user accounts); Granting access rights in accordance with the roles and responsibilities of users; Solving issues and problems related to with user access to the system; Technical support (answering questions and solving technical problems of users); Providing advice and training to users on the use of the system; Optimization and improvement (conducting a system audit to identify opportunities for its optimization); Development and implementation of improvements to increase productivity and efficiency; Analysis of incoming requests (availability of necessary subjects); Adding new categories of appeals through a unified registration system; Documentation provision (creation and updating of system technical documentation); Providing instructions to users and other team members on how to use the system; System installation and configuration (installation and configuration of support system software); Ensuring compatibility with other systems of the organization; Setting up escalations; Setting up SLA/request resolution deadlines (administrating the full cycle of requests).
