User experience designer in Nordcurrent

We not only love mobile games, but also create them in the casual genre. Now we are looking for a UI/UX designer (Dnipro) who wants to join the project at the start, lay the system of game interfaces, develop it and support it in the future, creating a well-thought-out and a user-friendly product for our players. Your main responsibilities: Getting to know and working with accepted company standards for the interfaces of our products; Analyzing existing solutions in company projects and making suggestions for improvements and new solutions; Developing adapted and attractive mobile game interfaces for our target audiences; Collaborating with project managers, game designers, and artists; Coordinating and maintaining guidelines for various projects so that players feel comfortable switching between our products; Creating mockups and prototyping in Figma; Keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in game UI/UX. The successful candidate must have: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer in mobile game development; Understanding of mobile game UI design principles and mobile usability features; Confident use of Figma and Photoshop; English at B1+ level; Strong communication skills; Strong visual experience with casual games. What will be a plus: Experience analyzing own and other interfaces; Experience supporting projects after release and making changes based on analytics data; Basic drawing skills and experience in related fields (graphic designer, 2D artist, etc.); Experience interacting with game designers and the ability to communicate with them in the "one language".
