Our team has already grown to over 100 people, and we don’t plan to stop there.We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team. The main goal of this role is to effectively attract users to our Promova app and platform through paid traffic channels, so more people (regardless of their age, location, or lifestyle) can conveniently, affordably, and effectively learn foreign languages.Promova is a language learning platform that includes a mobile app, a website, group courses, individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The app has been downloaded over 14 million times, and our users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The team's goal for the next 2 years is to reach a top-5 position among online language learning services. Over the next 5 years, we aim to achieve unicorn status as a company with Ukrainian roots.Your responsibilities will include:Acquiring new users for the Promova apps (iOS, Android);Effectively managing a large advertising budget to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI;Analyzing and testing new creatives and targeting settings;Testing new traffic channels and sub-products and making them profitable;Analyzing the market and competitors in terms of creatives, funnels, and products, and generating strong hypotheses for Promova's development based on this analysis;Working in a cross-functional team to find ways to improve unit economics and scaling opportunities.Your area of influence:Attract new users to the Promova product through advertising on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.;Effectively manage a large advertising budget to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI;Analyze and test new creatives and targeting settings;Test new traffic channels and sub-products, bringing them to profitability;Analyze the market and competitors in terms of creatives, funnels, and products, generating strong hypotheses for Promova's development based on this analysis;Work in a cross-functional team to find ways to improve unit economics and scaling opportunities.Requirements:1+ year of experience in performance marketing;Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse information and draw conclusions;Experience working with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.;Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel – ability to analyse large data sets, create necessary data cuts, and draw well-founded conclusions;Understanding of the buying process and metrics, and unit economics;Intermediate+ level of English;Ability to effectively generate new ideas and hypotheses based on data and analytics.We offer:Working in a team of professionals and with an audience of more than one million per month;A philosophy and conditions for your continuous growth and development; A large space for implementing your own ideas and impacting the product.
