I have several positions open in the team, in connection with the launch of the 5th product this year! 
Below you can familiarize yourself with the approximate focuses that are equal to your current grade.

• If you are a Team Lead - you will be responsible for the performance area as a business area: you will form a strategy, make key decisions, manage a team that goes from 0 to $1 million of marketing spend per month in six months, and you will be responsible for the result and scaling procurement.

• If you are a Senior - you will become a driving force behind the growth of one of our top products: you will build and scale procurement in Tier-1,2,3 markets, work with strategy, analytics and directly influence product growth with the prospect of rapid growth to Lead.

• If you are a Middle Specialist - you will be a key driver and be responsible for your zone (markets/regions), you will launch and optimize campaigns, test new approaches and systematically improve performance.

• If youicher or Junior - you will get with us in performance marketing with a strong foundation: you will gradually take responsibility for campaigns, work with international markets and in a year or sooner grow to the Middle+ level.

• Experience with analytical systems (Google Analytics, Looker Studio/Tableau, etc.).
