FORMA by Universe Group is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to strengthen the marketing team and be responsible for attracting targeted traffic to the website through Google ads and Bing ads and help achieve goals even faster and more efficiently.

You will have the following tasks:

• Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google ads and Bing ads.
• Planning and managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets.
• Generation of hypotheses to improve the quality of performance of advertising campaigns.
• Working with semantics and ad texts.
• Adaptation of advertising campaigns in Google for Bing.
• Localization of existing advertising campaigns into other languages.
• Market analysis and close cooperation with the product team.
• Working with marketing analytics and its development together with the analytics team.

We expect you to have:

• 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager in performance marketing or a similar position with a focus on Google ads and Bing ads.
• Experience with analytical systems (Google Analytics, Looker Studio/Tableau or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
• Experience in purchasing traffic in the international market.
• Such skills as independence, responsibility, proactivity, critical thinking, timemanagement and business orientation.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with Meta, Google media advertising campaigns
• Analytical background.
• Experience with AI for translation and content generation.
• Experience with competitor analysis systems - Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat, SimilarWeb.
