We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition to work with mobile applications, where you will be able to analyze the market and develop strategies to attract and retain users of the mobile application, as well as be responsible for launching and optimizing advertising campaigns. You will be part of a team working on the development of the company's own projects (creating practical utilities) and consists of a project manager, a designer and an iOS developer. Duties Study of the competitive market for mobile applications, identification of potential audiences and analysis of key competitors; Planning, setting and monitoring of advertising campaigns; Conducting tests to determine the best strategies and creatives; Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns using analytical tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer; Close cooperation with the team to improve the launch of RK; Development of strategies to retain users and their activity in the application after download; Management of the budget for advertising campaigns and user acquisition costs. Requirements to the candidate Work experience of 2 years in this position; Knowledge of analytical systems: Appsflyer or Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4); Deep understanding of various channels of user engagement: Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and others; Experience of working with promotion « white" mobile applications; Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level (B2).
