User Acquisition Manager (mobile) in PSV Game Studio

We, PSV Game Studio, are engaged in the development of mobile games, have created more than 250 of our own games for Android and iOS, and also act as publishers for other companies and developers. Due to the expansion of the UA team, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager. Required skills: Understanding of algorithms the main advertising platforms we work with: Facebook, Google, TikTok, Video networks IronSoure, Unity, Applovin. The full cycle of managing advertising campaigns: launch, analysis and optimization. Understanding the main metrics and how they are formed — CTR, IR, CPC, CPA , CR, LTV, ROAS, ARPU. Knowledge of the basic principles of attribution. Ability to work with MMP (Tenjin). Ability to analyze data. Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets. Activity, initiative, ability to work both in a team and independently. Knowledge of the English language (minimum Intermediate). Combination of an analytical mindset with a touch of creativity. Responsibilities: Create and scale advertising campaigns in several media channels. Analyze data to optimize advertising companies, manage budgets and optimize costs per conversion according to KPI. Participation in creative creation, interaction with the creative team, discussion of ideas, concepts. We offer: Work remotely or in the office in Chernivtsi. Full-time work (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; 1 hour lunch break), 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are days off). Salary increases according to work results. Official employment (FOP 2 group) .
