User Acquisition Manager (Facebook) Kyiv SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to win in global markets. These companies, which have received awards from Product Hunt, are included in the ratings of the TOP startups and product companies of Ukraine, occupy the highest ranks in the AppStore and develop platforms used by millions of people. Our people are the company's most valuable asset, so we choose to build businesses together with the best talent on the market. Now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Facebook). What challenges await: —Scaling Facebook traffic of seven-figure budgets; —Search for economic units in new channels; — Creation and management of campaigns; — Development of creative processes; — A/B testing of various funnels and strategies; — Search and testing of various flows of interaction with advertising offices and partners; —Research of competitors and testing of their best practices in our purchase. What can we provide?—High percentage of autonomy; —Openness of pretests and initiatives; —A separate team of analytics, development, product creatives, focused only on marketing. What is important for us: — The desire to develop a career in the direction of performance marketing. It is important for us that our colleagues do what motivates them; — Do not be afraid to work with seven-digit budgets ($); — The ability to argue one's opinion and make independent decisions. In our team, each marketer corresponds to his own traffic channel, so you will have the opportunity to correspond to the business results of a separate direction; — Willingness to experiment a lot. At Skelar, we understand that there can be no growth without experimentation, which is why we allocate significant budgets to them every month. Our candidates are looking for: — 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing; —management of budgets from $100,000 per month; — understanding of the specifics and approaches when working with Meta; —analytical abilities; — Fluency in Excel/ Google Sheets; —understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention and others. Previous work experience will be a distinct plus: —Tier1/US/UK markets; —Skills in working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Optimize; Tableau/ Amplitude; —Web products. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
