User Acquisition Manager (Duomo) in Genesis

Duomo is a platform for personal and spiritual development, built on the basis of Christian ethics, Bible study in a convenient format, prayers and communication with like-minded people.

We launched in March 2024, built a team of 20 professionals, quickly found a unit economy and released 2 mobile applications that our users love. We are now actively scaling and continue to assemble a strong marketing team of ambitious, smart and hardworking people. Now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will work with the process of attracting users on the platforms Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, TikTok

You will be able to:
- See the results of your work literally in real time;
- Quickly improve performance marketing;
- Join the construction of business No. 1 in the niche;
- Understand the processes and principles of building a tech-business literally from the first mouth;
- Work in a team of the same intelligent and charged with the result of people.

What you will be responsible for:
- Creation and implementation of a strategy to attract paid users on the Meta platform;
- Management of marketing campaigns to achieve target financial indicators. Evaluation of the effectiveness of campaign results, both from the point of view of top-level indicators (CPM, CTR, CR, CPA), and from the point of view of deeper metrics (LTV, ROI);
- Constant testing to find the most effective "connections" ” creative-funnel-audience;
- Close work with creative and design teams. Work on a creative strategy. Setting tasks for creatives and designers;
- Close work with the product team to create funnels that convert;
- Market research, constant search for new ideas and concepts.

What you need to have and be able to do , to succeed in this position:
- Systematic and organized. You must be the kind of person who likes to write down and test everything. You will check all possible hypotheses and will not stop until you find the most effective solution to the problem;
- Analytical mindset. You like to work with data, find patterns and draw conclusions from them. They call you an Excel/Google Sheets guru (and if you also know Python - you get +2 points);
- You can also be creative. Although it may never have been your strongest point. You can generate new ideas and hypotheses qualitatively and quickly;
- You feel comfortable in uncertain situations, you learn and adapt quickly;
- English - B2+.

It will be a plus:
- Experience in performance marketing;
- Practical experience in Facebook Ads Manager, or Google advertising tools, TikTok;
- Experience in purchasing web products;
- Skills for working with Tableau;
- Knowledge of Python.
