User Acquisition Manager in SKELAR

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech - business Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to win in global markets.

Today SKELAR has a dozen businesses in various niches from EdTech to SaaS . These are the companies that have received awards from Product Hunt, are included in the rankings of the TOP startups and product companies of Ukraine, occupy the highest ranks in the AppStore and develop platforms that are used by millions of people. TechCrunch, Wired and other world media also write about SKELAR businesses.

Now we are looking for User Acquisition Manager, which will help develop advertising campaigns and take them to a new level.

What you will do:
— You will manage large-scale advertising campaigns in TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, helping to achieve ambitious goals;
— You will analyze the effectiveness of our activities using Appsflyer, Tableau, Amplitude and other tools;
— You will manage and optimize budgets;
— You will test different funnels and strategies;
— You will participate in creating creative ideas for campaigns;
— You will cooperate with managers of advertising platforms to improve results.

What we expect from you:
— From 1.5 years of experience with advertising platforms Facebook Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, etc.;
— Experience managing budgets $50 k+ per month;
— English at B2 level or higher;
— Basic knowledge of marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPI, CPT, CPA, ROI, ROAS, Churn Rate);
— Ability to work with analytical tools.
