Task:
- Creation, planning and implementation of the company's application promotion strategy.
- Setting the attribution of various traffic sources, analysis and optimization of the main metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI).
- Independent control and adoption decisions regarding marketing budgets, scaling and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve set goals.
- Work with internal cross- promo traffic between applications, the web and social networks, planning its use, monitoring efficiency.
From you:
- At least 1 year of experience in User Acquisition in the field of mobile applications. It will be a plus if you have promoted applications with a subscription model.
- Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions (GA, AppFollow, mobile app store analytics, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, UAC, advertising networks, ability to work with trackers and spy services.
- The desire to repeat not only working mechanics (inventing non-standard creatives, generating new funnels/connections), but also to look for Growth Hacks.
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising market and the desire to develop in this area;
- English at an intermediate/above intermediate level.
