Due to rapid growth, we are looking for ambitious and purposeful UPSELL Manager that will help us increase the cost of a client basket by effectively managing sales and relationship strategies with existing customers.

duties

• Developing a UPSEll Strategy
• Analysis of current sales processes and determining potential for increasing order costs.
• Creating special offers and campaigns to promote higher -level products or services. Teaching team UPSEll methods and transferring key advice
• Monitoring of results:> Tracking the effectiveness of strategy and taking optimization measures. Clients:> Detection of Customer needs and proposal of decisions adapted to their requirements. Strong>
  • Work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret sales data and create strategies based on the results. l> communication skills: Ability to communicate with clients and persuade them to choose more advanced solutions. >
