SPECIAL LIABILITIES/MAIN DIRECTIONS:
Field Coordinator (FC) is responsible for daily work management Field Office'u in Odessa and the Support, supervising software and operational functions in Odessa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. FC manages and is responsible for the high quality execution of programs through the management of the field team, combining expert knowledge on programs and operations/functional areas. Field Coordinator's responsibilities are the development of Field Manager (FM) management and leadership skills and other senior staff on the spot so that they can take on a wide range of responsibilities. This position is based in Odessa, but requires regular trips to other locations in the area of responsibility. FC is directly subordinated to the Deputy Director of Field Management (DDFM). for operating units (Suppply Chain, Administration, IT, HR and Finance). FC also directly manages the software on the ground by collaborating with all Technical/Program Coordintors and/or Senior Managers and Deputy Director for Programs (DDP) to ensure that the work plans and work plans and graphics are released requirements donors. In addition, FC directly manages the employees responsible for the Humanitarian Access/Safety & Security, Partnership and Meal in field offices.
