**Job Description:
**  We are looking for a talented **UI Designer** fluent in **English and Russian** to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly website interfaces, promotional banners, and event-related graphics. If you have experience in the **gambling industry** (sports betting, online casinos, or poker platforms), it’s a huge plus!  

 **Key Responsibilities:
 - Design and optimize **website UI/UX** for desktop and mobile platforms.  
- Create eye-catching **marketing materials** (landing pages, banners, social media ads, email templates).  
- Develop **event-related visuals** (tournament graphics, promotional campaigns, VIP event invitations).  
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.  
- Adapt designs for **multilingual audiences** (English & Russian markets).  
- Stay updated on industry trends (especially in **gaming/gambling**).  
 **Requirements:**  
- 3+ years of UI/Graphic Design experience** (portfolio required). 
 - **Fluent in English & Russian** (written/spoken, for team/client communication).  
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects** (or similar).  
- Knowledge of **responsive design, typography, and branding**.  
- **Gambling industry experience** is a **big advantage** (casino, betting, poker, etc.).  
- Understanding of **CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)** principles is a plus.
