UI/UX designer, web designer in Init

We are a small team that is engaged in creating modern and efficient websites. We look for a talented UI/UX designer for a project-based cooperation.

what will need to do:
• Develop websites interfaces based on target audience and business tasks; 
• create wireframs, prototypes and final layouts;
• work closely with developers and clients; 
• Provide the convenience and aesthetics of custom experience.

what we expect from the candidate:
• Ui/UX designer experience from 1 year; 
• confident owners of Figma (this is a key tool in our work); 
• Understanding UX principles and modern UI trends; 
• ability to argue your design solutions;
• experience in creating adaptive design for different devices; 
• Portfolio with real examples of work (Required Required).

Terms:
• Employment type: project (work on a specific project, with the possibility of further cooperation); 
• Format: Remote (complete flexibility in location and graphics, only the result is important).
