UI/UX Designer (Middle +) in Thankik Digital

We are Thankik. We don't just "paint pretty sites" - we design high-converting Shopify stores that actually make money for customers in the USA, Canada and Europe.

Our goal is enter the TOP-100 eCommerce agencies in the world. To do this, we are looking for a strong UI/UX designer who thinks product-wise, systemically and through the business result.

Who we are looking for

Middle+ or Senior level UI/UX Designer who:

• understands eCommerce and user behavior;

• knows how to design UX for conversion, AOV and LTV;

• argues design solutions with logic, UX principles and numbers;

• wants to influence the product, not just "close" tasks".

A portfolio with real commercial projects is a MUST-HAVE.

Your mission

Design and improveShopify stores with a focus on the customer's money. You will directly influence conversion, revenue and business scaling.

What you will do

• Design UX-architecture of eCommerce sites (Home, PDP, Collections, funnels).

• Work with CRO logic: hierarchy, CTA, trust blocks, reviews, offers.

• Work closely with Shopify developers.

• Use AI tools to speed up work.

• Defend your decisions in front of the team and clients.

?? Required Skills

• Figma - Confident / Expert Level (Auto Layout, Components, Variants).

• Deep understanding ofUI/UX, Typography, compositions.

• Experience in eCommerce / Shopify projects.

• Understanding CRO and user behavior.

• Commercial experience from 2+ years.

• English B1+.

Will be a big plus

• Practical experience specifically with Shopify.

• Basic understanding of HTML / CSS.

• Motion-design, micro-animations.

• Experience with analytics or A/B logic.

• Experience in an agency or product team.
