With opportunities for professional growth and flexible work locations, you’ll contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding software solutions and ensuring client success.Responsibilities:Design user interfaces for digital products, including websites and mobile apps, focusing on intuitive and engaging user experiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design consistency across platforms.Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, applying them innovatively in projects.Advocate user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and to stakeholders.Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Requirements:3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a solid portfolio.A history of working in global project settings, adeptly handling projects across a spectrum of industries including healthcare, fintech, IoT, e-commerce, EdTech, PropTech, automotive, travel and hospitality, entertainment and media, and retail technology.A skillset that includes navigating various market dynamics and cultural nuances, skillfully crafting user experiences that resonate universally.A collection of work (in Figma + Notion) showcasing technical proficiency, creative problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to craft adaptable design solutions tailored to a range of sectors.Proficiency in design tools like Figma; familiarity with AI-powered design tools is beneficial.Proficiency in designing and implementing data visualizations and data tables.
