Our team is not restricted by fixed working hours. Our priority is the successful implementation of the set task plan and the achievement of results. We allow flexibility in working hours, but require responsibility and timely completion of work.

In our company, we regularly hold meetings almost every day. The first meeting serves as a forum for discussing current tasks and tasks. This is a time for the team to come together, share ideas and set priorities.

The second meeting takes place between 9 and 10 p.m. Its main purpose is to discuss business logistics. At this meeting, the CEO, analyst, developers and owner of the company are present, and they discuss strategic issues, consider development opportunities and make important decisions.

It serves as a platform for strengthening cooperation between the company's management and internal structures to ensure effective operations and achievement of set goals.
