UI/UX Designer in Gotoinc

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to our Design Team. If this sounds like you, please check out the full description below and apply today!

Our candidate:

-Has a commercial experience from 0,5 to 1,5 years. Don’t have a commercial experience? No worries, you can apply and try your hands);

-Graduate of a design school, or university with a focus on design or relevant courses (UI/UX + advanced UI/UX);

-Has at least a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level of English;

-Has a portfolio on Behance and/or Dribbble;

-Ready to study and apply basic principles of visual design and composition and have a clear understanding of UI and UX;

-Has a strong experience working with Figma (ability to work with components, options, autolayouts, styles, etc.);

-Has an understanding of how to work with Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop or a desire to learn new tools;

-Has a good understanding of the fundamentals of user research methodologies;

-Creative, responsible, attentive to details, and with a desire to find innovative solutions;

-With an excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team;

-With an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Nice to have:

-Work experience or completed courses in HTML, CSS (JS);

-Understanding the basics of usability and user experience testing.

Responsibilities:

-Being up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions, because perfection has no limits;

-Participation in the creation of convenient and beautiful design concepts and interfaces for web and mobile applications;

-Participate in the full cycle of creating new functionality - from design to launch;

-Working on the final visualization in the form of concepts, guides and prototyping;

-Creating and improving prototypes for feedback and collaboration with the development team, and clients on a daily basis;

-Making an analysis of user problems, market research and competitors;

-Being involved in internal department tasks;

-Study and application of design principles and data visualization.
