Inorder tostrengthen our team, weare looking for a UI/UX Designer inthe Mobile APP area with managerial skills tojoin one ofour fintech client projects. The ideal candidate will bring awealth ofexperience inUX design combined with strong leadership capabilities, aiming toimprove and manage mobile application interfaces effectively. This role demands aproactive individual who can grasp and address user needs within the fast-paced fintech environment. Your skill set: Minimum 2years ofcommercial UI/UXexperience, focusing onmobile applications for B2Cclients; Proficient inwebsite and mobile app development with astrong ability tocreate user-friendly interfaces; Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Extensive knowledge ofthe iOS and Android ecosystems. Skilled increating layouts, wireframes, and prototypes; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Demonstrated leadership skills with experience inguiding team dynamics; Familiar with agile methodologies and adept atworking indynamic environments; Comprehensive understanding ofuser interaction principles and visual design; Ability toimplement for best design and UXpractices; Upper-Intermediate English proficiency. Will beaplus: Experience with digital payment systems and fintech. Background inmobile app product creation and management. Your responsibilities: Collaborate with product stakeholders toidentify and understand the unique needs ofmicro-businesses; Design user experiences that focus onsimplicity and accessibility for users with diverse skill sets; Translate business objectives into actionable development steps; Provide technical expertise inthe mobile app development frameworks and ensure adherence tobest practices; Develop interface mockups and conduct design validation tocomply with modern UI/UXpractices; Perform final validations ofproducts toensure compliance with current UI/UXstandards.
