UI/UX Designer in IS SITI, TOV

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer for our team.

It is important for us:

• From 2 years of experience in the position Product Designer / UI/UX Designer
• Mandatory experience of working with large B2B products (ERP, CRM, SaaS or similar systems)
• Understanding the principles of building complex interfaces for business users
• Experience in designing web and desktop applications
• Understanding the guidelines and principles of building design systems
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team (product manager, analyst, developer, QA)
• Deep understanding of UX principles and modern approaches to interfaces
• Availability of a portfolio with real cases of B2B products

In our team you will:

• Design interfaces for a complex ERP system
• Create intuitive and effective solutions for a large B2B product
• Work with large data sets, forms, dashboards, analytics
• Validate hypotheses together with products, business analysts and developers
• Participate in usability testing, user research, collect feedback
• Develop and maintain a design system (components, patterns, documentation)
• Cooperate with the development team for high-quality implementation of interfaces
