You are "our person" if you have:

• work experience in UX/UI from 3 years;
• experience working with banking or financial sector applications will be a big plus;
• understanding of HCD (human-centered design) principles;
• Lean -oriented thinking: the ability to quickly test hypotheses, search the simplest solutions and optimize processes;
• knowledge of the basics of service design: the ability to design a complete user experience, taking into account all points of contact with the product;
• ability to work with Figma (and even better — if you " you live" in it);
• creative approach and love for details.
