UI/UX designer in IT Step Academy

IT Step Academy is looking for a UI/UX designer to help us create incredible products. If you are a designer for whom user experience is not just words, if you know how to make a product not only beautiful, but also as convenient as possible, and if Norman and Nilsson are not just surnames for you, then we are on the same page with you.

We are looking for talent who:

• Has a portfolio of projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of UX/UI design.

• Has knowledge in the principles of usability, interface design, and also understands the laws and heuristics of creating a user experience.

• Knows how to dive into iOS and Android guidelines and emerge from them with innovative solutions.

Skills that matter:

• Deep understanding of the principles of usability and design (composition, coloring, typography).

• Knowledge of user experience laws and heuristics.

• Ability to design web and mobile applications.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe.

• Understanding development processes and communication skills with developers.

• The ability to work with interface animation will be a plus.
