Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can improve the user experience of our internal infrastructure and client projects. You will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our products, ensuring they are aesthetically appealing and intuitive.

Responsibilities:

• < strong>Design Mastery: Creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications using Figma.
• User Orientation: Conducting user research, creating wireframe models (wireframes) and develop high-fidelity prototypes that translate user needs into seamless experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design .
• Continuous Improvement: Analyzing user feedback and data to refine and optimize design for maximum engagement and usability.
• Internal Innovation:< /strong> Rethinking and redesigning our internal infrastructure tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Visual Communication: Clear and compelling presentation of design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your UI/UX design skills and deep understanding design principles.
• Technical Prowess: Thorough knowledge of Figma and experience with prototyping tools.
• Design Expertise: Strong understanding of practices UI/UX, user research methodologies and information architecture.
• Problem solving: Passion for solving complex design tasks and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
