UI/IX DESIGNER Team Lead in WinWork

We are lookingUI/IX DESIGNER Team Leadin the company, engaged in software development, specializing in development of online stores, web applications, websites and mobile applications.

Terms:

• Competitive level salary.
• Schedule: MON-FRI, the need to be in the office from 11:00 to 17:00, the remaining 2.5 hours at any time during the day.
• Work in a modern office in the center of Vinnytsia; 
• Regular team events, interesting trainings for development, English language lessons, team building, presentations on exchange of experience.

Duties:

• Check the work of the design team, give useful feedback and help them grow.
• Be a mentor to the designers, helping them develop and improve their skills.
• Identify places where work can be optimized and implement new solutions.
• Work closely with project managers and developers to achieve common goals.
• Help implement and maintain design systems so that everything looks cohesive and consistent.
• Responsibility for all design materials of the company and support of our identity.
• Creation of convenient and a logical user experience that simultaneously meets the requirements of search engines to improve the visibility of the site.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a team lead in a design team.
• Ability to justify design solutions and present your work.
• Experience of working with E-Commerce projects
• Level of English B2+.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail.

• Experience in integrating SEO principles into user experience design
• Experience in creating design concepts and identities
• Experience working with a development team
