UGC Outreach Manager (TikTok Shop) in Grinevich O.V., FOP

We are an American consumer goods brand. We actively develop sales through TikTok Shop, work with UGC-creators and affiliate-influencers.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of TikTok / UGC / affiliate-creators for our niche

• Maintenance of creator database (Google Sheets / Airtable): contacts, links, metrics, statuses

• Outreach and correspondence with creators (TikTok, Instagram, email)

• Agreement of terms of cooperation (affiliate / paid UGC / hybrid)

• Control of deadlines, deliverables and receipt of content

• Organization of sending samples (collection of addresses, delivery control)

• Basic verification of content for compliance brief

• Regular KPI reporting

Requirements:

• English language B2+ (confident correspondence)

• Experience in outreach / influencer marketing / UGC / lead generation / SDR

• Ability to systematically work with tables or CRM
