UAV integration and testing engineer in Talent Bridge

We are looking for a UAV Integration and Test Engineer to join our team. This is the role of a technical expert for whom every flight and every integration is a search for optimal system performance.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between R&D and our partners, working with complex hardware and software integration, system tuning and radio communication optimization.

Responsibilities

• implementation of the software stack in the UAV platform of partners, ensuring hardware and firmware compatibility

• conducting research sessions on system tuning (PID tuning, parameter optimization, vibration analysis) to achieve maximum flight stability of new aircraft configurations

• optimization of radio channels and interference in digital and analog environments

• integrating and calibrating sensors, GPS modules and peripherals using standard embedded protocols

• complex diagnostics integration problems (firmware parameters, wiring, power distribution) in laboratory and field conditions

• participation in flight tests to test R&D hypotheses, test system boundaries and validate serial batches according to requirements security

• acting as a technical expert for partners: conducting technical demonstrations and providing structured feedback to the engineering team based on field observations

• maintain the drone fleet in good condition and ready for testing

Requirements

• hands-on experience with flight control systemsPX4 / ArduPilot and protocol understandingMAVLink

• experience in hardware integration and understanding of embedded protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI) and principles of power distribution

• understanding of the principles of radio communication and the ability to optimize communication channels in difficult conditions

• expert skills in electronics, precision soldering and wiring

• ability to read complex technical diagrams and charts

• experience in analyzing telemetry data and preparing technical reports, configuration templates and incident logs

• willingness to work in the field and independently manage multiple technical priorities

• technical level of EnglishB1–B2 for interacting with international teams and working with documentation

Would be an advantage

• experience withLinux (command line, system configuration)

• knowledge of version control systems (GitHub, GitLab)
