What you need to do:

• Constantly analyze and improve the user experience of the company's products;
• Implement new mechanisms and fill in the UI components of the design system;
• Interact with other company departments for joint work on projects;
• Conduct user analysis and research the competitive environment to identify best practices and design trends;

We we expect from you:

• 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer;
• You have practical experience in mobile application development;
• You have already implemented products with your design solutions that you can refer to;
• You have a high level of mastery of the Figma program;
• You understand the principles of Design-oriented on the user (User Centered Design);
• Have knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines/Material Design;
• Have an understanding of the principles of product prototyping;
• Have experience in using analytical tools ;
• Experience in conducting or participating in product quality research, including usability testing and user surveys;
• Experience in developing design systems and UI Kits;

Working conditions:

• Work schedule from 9:00 to 18:00; sub. and Sunday - weekend
• Work in a stable company;
• Young and strong team.
