Position: Trucking Recruiter - Part-time

Our company operates in the US logistics and trucking industry, and we are currently looking for a part-time recruiter.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in the US trucking industry, especially those who are currently working as a Truck Driver Recruiter and looking for additional part-time work.

 Requirements:

• Conversational English — able to communicate fluently with drivers over phone or voice calls.

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter (US CDL A trucking).

• Understanding of the hiring and onboarding process for CDL drivers in the USA.

• Strong communication skills and ability to professionally present job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for drivers (job platforms, social media, company database).

• Conduct phone or text interviews with candidates.

• Present the company and job conditions to potential drivers.
