Treasury specialist at the enterprise in Buntar Aerospace

Buntar Aerospaceis looking for a Treasurer - a person who sees the movement of every hryvnia and euro and keeps the company's financial flows under control.

This role is not about "pressing buttons in the client-bank", but about liquidity management, payment forecasting and financial monitoring without blocking. We work in mil-tech, so speed, accuracy and the ability to work in conditions of dynamic changes are important here.

Area of responsibility

• Management of the company's cash flows

• Daily management of the payment calendar and control of payment execution

• Formation and analysis of the report on cash flow (Cash Flow)

• Conducting currency operations: purchase/sale of currency, cross-border payments (SWIFT)

• Preparation of documents for currency control and financial monitoring

• Working with import-export contracts and accompanying documentation

• Interaction with banks, opening and support of accounts (including in foreign banks)

• Monitoring the passage of payments and minimizing the risks of blocking

Requirements

• Experience as a treasurer / financial manager / treasury specialist

• Experience in cash flow management and payment management calendar

• Deep understanding of currency legislation of Ukraine

• Experience of foreign exchange transactions and international payments (SWIFT)

• Experience of preparing documents for currency control and financial monitoring

• High attention to detail, responsibility and systematicity

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments changes

Would be an advantage

• Experience working in manufacturing or defense companies

• Understanding the specifics of special accounts and working with government contracts

• Experience working with bank guarantees

• Experience working with foreign grants or intergovernmental contracts

• Advanced level of Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables)

• Experience with ERP systems (1C / SAP / Oracle or similar)
