Treasury Manager in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

DTEK Naftogaz is the largest private gas company in Ukraine engaged in intelligence and production of natural gas, oil and gas condensate. 

Position functionality:

• Working with banks and credit institutions on the issue of obtaining, registration and support of credit products;
• Preparation of presentation materials for banks and investors;
• Construction of financial models for short -term cash flow forecasting, taking into account credit restrictions; 
• Organization and support of the Credit Covenant Control and Monitoring; Financial Covenants;
• Organization of Credit and Supported Documentation (surety contracts, loans);
• Organization of bank guarante under the contract);
• Implementation of the dividend program;
• Implementation of the strategy of hedging of currency risks;
• formation of currency position and forecasting of currency flows per year; l> organization and support of swap currency agreements, forwards;
• management of intra -group operational and financial debts (development of plans for closing overdue debts and their implementation, including concluding transactions, control of timely repayment of current debts); li> providing answers to external consultants and auditors;
• Preparation of presentation material

Requirements:

Higher Economic/Financial Education
• Experience in attracting credit financing;
• Supporting Agreements with Derivative Financial Instruments (Swap, Forward); PNL and FCF
• Knowledge MS Excel, PowerPoint at an experienced user level
• English - intermediate +

• SAP ERP ERP experience
• Experience in the issue and support of Eurobonds
