Main task:

• Operative planning of the Holding's payment register in the short term on a weekly basis.
• On the basis of the invoice payment procedure, ensure the timely execution of the Holding's budget - within the operating cycle and without delays (hryvnia and currency payments).
• Formation of CF report (fact/plan).
• Collection and consolidation of information regarding current receivables and payables of the company.
• Responsible for insurance of financial risks related to factoring operations (Euler Hermes/Atradius).
• Implements the process of credit management in the Holding and controls the processes of the credit management service in SAP.
• Monitoring the implementation of key terms of credit agreements to avoid violations of existing covenants .
• Analysis of current tariffs and conditions of banking services.
• Preparation of documentation for the bank and presentation of interests during communication with financial organizations (insurance and collateral assessment).

Main results:

• Absence of delays and errors when making payments:

• Timely preparation and submission of documentation to the bank (without violating the terms of contracts):

• Monitoring the fulfillment of key terms of credit agreements to minimize the risks of covenant violation.

Requirements:

• Education: higher economic (management, finance, accounting, business economics).
• English proficiency level - Intermediate ( important);
• Ability to work in Excel, banking payment systems, SAP and Power Point.;
• Enthusiasm for the work process in multitasking mode.
