Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:

We do not care what previous experience you have. It does not have to be identical to the duties described below. If you are interested in developing in our company, we will show and teach you everything you need.

My candidate:

  • Speaks Turkish (spoken and written). The level of Turkish will be checked by our country manager, a native speaker. Ukrainian is his native language.

  • Demanding to himself and others.

  • Attentive to details.

  • Multitasking: during the day can approve videos, choose a company with which we start a partnership, send reconciliations to partners, and check the correctness of the content, the quality of selected images and the description of impressions in ERP. And there are many such tasks per day.

  • Independent: plans his time, can make decisions and bear responsibility for them.

  • And, of course, responsible. He understands: if the task is burning, then going out "for coffee" is not the best idea.

  • Works for the result, not "from nine to six to sit out".

  • Calm - so that all of the above is not stressful.

  • No bad habits (including IQOS, glo, disposables, vapes, etc.).

What will you do:

  1. Analyze the impression market of Turkey (including competitors), search Google, Facebook, Instagram for potential partners based on a target list of impressions, evaluate the quality of service provision based on external factors (photos, reviews), find out by phone whether they meet our requirements .

  2. Select target partners and prepare information for further negotiations by BizDev managers.

  3. Negotiate details of impressions with new providers over the phone after the BizDev manager signs the contract.

  4. Teach nof our partners - how to accept our reservations and generally work in our systems (personal account of the provider).

  5. Control the quality of all content that we print on postcards, publish on the site, in ERP , YouTube.

  6. Enter information in ERP (creation of a service and partner card), fill in the site admin.

  7. Communicate with our current partners, process and analyze their requests for changes to current services. At the same time, monitor the protection of the interests of the company and customers during changes in the content of impressions initiated by partners.

  8. Reconcile serviced certificates with our current partners and monitor payments for services rendered.

  9. Research potential clients.

  10. Assist in work (editing, writing) with texts for contextual advertising and search promotion.

  11. Create instructions for all new processes in the company that will appear around the product. Update current instructions according to process changes.

  12. Looking for contractors for the production of packages/boxes/cards, etc. (if necessary).

  13. Control the quality of work of the Turkish back office in Istanbul.

Expected work results:

  • Executing a personal monthly and quarterly plan for key tasks.

  • There are no critical or non-critical deviations.

  • < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">All working tools (checklists, tables, reports, etc.) are correctly and constantly processed by you personally.

  • Ideas for improvements are being generated.

How is the salary formed?

The company's salary consists of a rate and a bonus part.

Your rate is 30,000 hryvnias per month + a quarterly bonus of 30,000 hryvnias.

Bonuses depend on the following KPIs:

  • Completing key tasks (80% bonus). At the end of each quarter, we plan what the company will do in the next quarter for development. And we fix it at the level of goals/tasks of each key employee. It is the fulfillment of these tasks that is an important part of your KPI.

  • Quality of work (10% bonus). One of our main values. Your actions and inaction should not create "problems" for customers, partners and your colleagues. Each such "problem" is recorded and the bonus is calculated according to the formula bonus amount/number of "problems" One "problem" during the month does not mathematically affect the bonus, more - it already does;

  • Completing critical rules and deadlines (10% bonus). We have rules that must be followed. Write daily/weekly/monthly work plans on time, submit reports, submit bonuses, respond to colleagues' emails on time, etc. Compliance with these requirements is important for everyone's productivity, including you and your colleagues, so we also include it in the KPI.

About the probationary period

He is in this position for 6 months. The salary does not differ during the probationary period and after. Here is an example of the goals you will have for completing it (the list is partial):
