We are looking for a Senior manager-analyst of transformation projects:

• Consolidation of all strategic areas of the bank,
• Organization of regular monitoring of the implementation of strategic initiatives and analysis of the results achieved in anticipation of the implementation of this initiative,
• Analysis of projects in implementation for risks, necessity escalations, attraction of additional resources,
• Facilitation and mediation of meetings regarding strategic initiatives,
• Initiation of cancellation in case of irrelevance or initiation of additional strategic initiatives, in case of non-fulfillment of the established KRI,
• Preparation and presentation on the implementation of the bank's strategy for key stakeholders,

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Full university degree education
• Experience in the field of project manager / program manager - from 3 years to 3 years
• English level - at the level of business communication and presentations
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
• Experience in organizing project teams
• Ability to work with senior management
