Transfer Pricing Director in KPMG in Ukraine

Transfer Pricing Director will be responsible for formulating a strategy of development of Transfer Pricing business, setting ambitious goals for the practice and each member of the Transfer Pricing team and leading the team towards achieving these ambitious goals

In addition to the above broad vision, Transfer Pricing Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day activity of the Transfer Pricing business including managing and coaching staff, ensuring proactive communication with existing and prospective clients, initiating new product offerings for clients together with other parts of Tax & Legal business.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience with “Big 4” or other reputable audit and consulting firms 
• An in-depth knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and strong technical skills
• Strong management skills and track record of successful projects 
• Independent decision making and clear vision of the market
• Ability to organize and lead a big team of tax professionals
• Capability to instill enthusiasm in people at all levels
• Accountability for financial results of the business 
• A good command of Ukrainian and English

Transfer Pricing Director will report to Head of Tax & Legal. He or she must have ambition to become a partner in due course.
