• To teach how to sell: from coffee to related products - easily, naturally and effectively.
• To show how service standards work in real life. 
• Go to gas stations, support staff in shifts, be their mentor in the first days.
• Monitor results: watch sales and team confidence grow.

We expect you to:

• Experience working at a gas station or in training/maintenance will be a big plus. 
• The ability to explain the complex simply and to inspire even those who are "not very confident".
• Willingness to travel and actively work at various gas stations.
• Energy, openness, desire to really change the level of service.
