In order to strengthen strategic communication and raise awareness of initiatives within the framework of the project "Center for Strengthening Capacities for Reconstruction and Modernization" (CARMC/I_CAN), which is implemented in accordance with Grant Agreement No. TF0C4831 with the World Bank, the Kyiv School of Economics is opening the position of Specialist training.

We are looking for an expert who will become the driver of the educational component of the Project and help create a modern, structured and practical system of professional training for representatives of the public sector — from the development of programs and cooperation with trainers to the organization of training, analysis of results and continuous improvement of educational products.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide organizational and methodological support in the process of developing training programs, including the formation of training plans, preparation of materials and agendas, creation of training groups, organization of the training process on public investment management and development of knowledge assessment procedures.
  • Determine requirements for trainers and participate in their selection and training in accordance with the training program.
  • Prepare and regularly update project curricula, including curricula and materials.
  • Participate in the preparation and coordination of the development of project educational products (manuals, methodological recommendations, online courses).
  • Organize and administer the learning management system (Learning Management System).
  • Plan the calendar of educational events and schedule of classes for different groups of participants.
  • Coordinate the implementation training, including logistics, preparation of locations or online platforms, administration of participants (registration, group formation) and communication before and after classes.
  • Provide coordination support and monitoring of task performance within Component 1 "Capacity Building Hub" (Capacity Building Hub) of the I_CAN project in close cooperation with the head of the project implementation team (PIT).
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and trainers, evaluates the quality and effectiveness of training events, prepares reports with recommendations and suggestions for improving the training process.
  • Maintain working communications with stakeholders: the World Bank, relevant ministries, regional state administrations and local self-government bodies.
  • Communicate with participants and trainers to support the effectiveness of the training process.
  • Callcarry out other tasks related to the implementation of the project, as assigned by the head of the project implementation team.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Master's degree or full higher education in the field of education, pedagogy, educational management or a related field, or passing pedagogic or curriculum development courses within the academic programs.
  • Confirmed professional experience (at least 2 years) in the preparation, implementation, management and evaluation of educational or educational programs for adults.
  • Ability to develop educational materials, manuals, presentations for adult listeners, in particular for public sector employees and representatives of authorities.
  • Experience in managing teams and coordinating educational processes.
  • Skills in working with learning management systems (Learning Management Systems) or relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (oral and written).
  • Confident PC user, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.

  • Master's degree or complete higher education in education, pedagogy, education management, or a related field, or have completed pedagogy or curriculum development courses as part of an academic program.
  • Proven professional experience (at least 2 years) in the preparation, implementation, management, and evaluation of training or educational programs for adults.
  • Ability to develop training materials, manuals, and presentations for adult learners, in particular for public sector employees and government officials.
  • Experience in team management and coordination of educational processes.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems or relevant software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (spoken and written).
  • Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.
