What to do:

• form and administer the annual training plan (external and internal training);
• organize training according to the individual and course form of training, external training;

• control and monitor training;
• organize and administer qualification exams;
• prepare the protocol draft and organize signing;
• prepare certificates and certificates;
• keep records of learning facts;
• keep reporting on processes.

Our expectations:

• availability of a full higher education in pedagogical, technical, economic, humanitarian fields;
• it is desirable to have work experience in the field of education/training in production;
• possession of knowledge and skills in the organization of professional and technical education, training in production;
• confident user of programs: Excel, Word, experience in the SAP system will be an advantage;
• customer orientation, ability to quickly learn, sociability.
