We are looking for an active and a creative Training Organization Manager who will help make training for our employees interesting, effective and memorable!
Your tasks:
- Organize cool educational events: cooking workshops, product lectures, tastings and other activities.
- Search for the best experts and negotiate with service providers.
- li>Collect feedback and improve our activities together with the team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training so that all knowledge works in practice.
- Create creative announcements, prepare videos and inform the team about opportunities for development.
What we want to see in you:
- Experience in training and development for at least 2 years.
- Ability to organize events, preferably educational (with love for details and people!).
- Communication skills and working with different teams and experts.
- Willingness to grow with us and find new ideas for training.
