Training manager (LMS, preferably - Collaborator) in EKO-Market

We are EKO Market - a national chain of supermarkets that has been operating steadily in Ukraine since 2002. Our network includes more than 70 stores and 2,000 employees throughout Ukraine. The stores are located in 11 cities of the country. Our network includes food and non-food essentials, and we also have our own production - cooking and baking! Some stores even have confectionery shops! Our suppliers are leading manufacturers not only of Ukraine, but also of the whole world.

We are looking for a qualified specialist for the position of training manager

Requirements

• Experience in the field of training and development of personnel from 1-2 years (retail/mass personnel is an advantage).
• Understanding of training processes: gathering needs, planning, launching, monitoring progress, evaluating results.
• Experience in developing training materials: instructions, presentations, tests, cases.
• Required: LMS administration skills, preferably -Collaborator:
  • creating/customizing courses and training programs;
  • adding users, working with groups/roles/access;
  • mass and individual assignment of training;
  • attendance control, working with arrears;
  • reporting and analytics (attendance/points/coverage);
  • user support and interaction with IT regarding accesses/errors.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables - desirable).
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian, ability to communicate clearly with stores/regions/office.
• Self-organization, attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work with deadlines.

Will be an advantage

• Experience of conducting webinars/trainings.
• Experience of working with e-learning (SCORM/course designers, video lessons).
• Experience of launching mandatory trainings (OP, HACCP, service standards).
