Training manager in Retail Group

Retail Group is a multi-brand international company, which manages the retail chains Velmart, Velyka Kishenya, VK Express in Ukraine, the Green Hills Market and Velmart supermarket chains in Moldova, the security company Bayard9, a chain of malls and bowling clubs.

We invite aTraining Manager.

Functional tasks:

• Creation of training courses, video - lessons, exercises for practical acquisition of skills, development of tests ;
• Conducting and developing soft skills trainings;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of training and development programs, level assessment BEFORE and AFTER training;
• Administration of training in LMS system (data entry and quality control).

Our ideal manager has:

• Experience in developing and conducting trainings;
• Experience in creating training courses;
• Effectively interact with the audience in a remote learning format;
• Own a PC (Excel, Power Point, Canva, Zoom, Microsoft Teams);
• Skills in working with video editors (will be an advantage).
