We are looking for a Trainer who inspires development!

Your key roles:

• Field work, including conducting joint visits with managers/managers and medical representatives
• Working with managers: development of their professional and leadership skills, support in the transformation of management style,
• Training and mentoring for the field team
• Adaptation of training content to needs business;
• Supporting a culture of development and feedback.

We expect:

• Higher education (preferably pharmaceutical, medical, chemical, biological or psychological);
• Experience in adult education (preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG field);
• Experience in a managerial position, or work experience as a trainer;
• Facilitation, coaching skills;
• Openness, flexibility and partnership style of interaction;
• Readiness for frequent business trips (at least 60% of the time).
