Main responsibilities:
- Organization and conducting of training events;
- Support of the adaptation process employees;
- Increasing the professional training of personnel, forming the corporate culture of employees;
- Documentary training support;
- Participation in other HR — projects department.
The successful candidate meets the following requirements:
- Higher education (bachelor, specialist or master) in the field of economics, pedagogy, sociology or psychology
- Has skills organizing and conducting trainings and educational programs
- Has effective communication skills
- Confident PC user (Power Point, Excel , working with google forms).
