• You have a higher education (economics, pedagogy, sociology, psychology);
• Experience in HR, the direction of organization and conducting events/training programs;
• Have the skills to conduct staff evaluations, organize and conduct trainings, educational/corporate programs;
• Have the skills of shooting/editing videos or writing texts;
• A confident PC user (Power Point, Excel, working with Google forms, organizing and conducting surveys).

Yourmain tasks will beut:

• Conducting an annual assessment;
• Evaluation of nominees to the Personnel Reserve;
• Organization and control of training of the Personnel Reserve;
• Assessment of needs in the training of the Company's personnel;
• Organization and conducting of training events;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs;
• Support of corporate culture and social climate (organization and participation in corporate events);
• Work with youth (career guidance, involvement in employment);
• Participation in other HR projects of the department.
