We are announcing the opening of a Training and Development Specialist. 
 

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of training and development programs for sales personnel;
• Conducting classroom training (sales, negotiations, soft skills);
• Conducting field training together with sales teams;
• Organizing and conducting knowledge and skills assessment (attestation);
• Adapting new employees;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of training programs and preparing recommendations for their improvement;

Our expectations:

• Higher education;
• Experience as a trainer / training specialist from 5 years (preferably in the field of FMCG);
• Practical experience of conducting classroom and field training;
• Understanding sales techniques and negotiation;
• Ability to work with different levels of personnel;
• A confident PC user;
• Readiness for frequent business trips around Ukraine (West);

It will be an advantage:

• Certificates or professional coaching education;
• Experience working with sales teams;
